These Terms govern your use of ProResume.work. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ProResume is an online resume builder. Free accounts can use three templates and unlimited PDF downloads. A one-time ₹99 payment unlocks lifetime access to all premium templates on that account.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
- No automated scraping or attempts to bypass the premium template gate.
- No reselling generated PDFs or templates as your own product.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. The ₹99 Pro unlock is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You own everything you type into ProResume. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render your content so we can provide the service to you.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uptime and may change features over time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
