This Privacy Policy explains how ProResume.work ("ProResume", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our resume builder at https://proresume.work.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and (when you choose Google sign-in) your name and profile photo.
• Resume content — anything you type into the builder (personal details, work history, education, skills, links).
• Payment data — handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment ID and status, never your card or UPI details.
• Usage data — basic analytics like pages visited and template choices, used to improve the product.

2. How we use it

• To create your account, save your resumes, and generate PDFs.
• To verify your one-time Pro purchase and unlock premium templates.
• To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, important account notices).
• To detect abuse and improve the service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run the product: our cloud database and auth provider, Razorpay (payments), and our email provider.

4. Data retention

We keep your resumes and account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete a resume at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email hello@proresume.work and we'll process the request within 7 days.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. For requests, contact hello@proresume.work.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Children

ProResume is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
