Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. That's why three full templates are free and unlimited — you can build a complete resume and download a clean A4 PDF without paying.

1. The ₹99 Pro unlock

Pro is a one-time ₹99 payment that unlocks all premium templates for lifetime on your account. Because the unlock is digital and granted instantly after a successful payment, all sales are generally final.

2. When we issue a refund

• Double charge — if your bank shows two debits for the same order, we refund the duplicate in full.
• Payment captured but Pro not unlocked — if Razorpay confirms your payment but the templates stayed locked and our support couldn't unlock them within 48 hours, we refund in full.
• Within 7 days, unused — if you paid by mistake and have not downloaded any premium-template PDF, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

3. When we don't refund

• You changed your mind after downloading premium-template PDFs.
• You no longer need a resume.
• You did not test the free templates before paying.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@proresume.work from the email on your account with your Razorpay payment ID. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds reach your account in 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
